How ONE works.
One coin, one vault, one vote. Every rule on one page, short.
The vault
Every coin gets its own vault: a Solana wallet made at launch, for that coin and nothing else.
All of its creator fees land there. The launcher never holds the key, and their wallet can't vote.
The ONE team holds its key and pays out under the direction holders vote, with a receipt every time.

- Public on Solscan
Fees lock at launch
The lock is pump.fun's own fee sharing, set in the same launch that creates the coin.
100% of creator fees point at the vault, then the fee admin is revoked. Nobody can change it after: not the launcher, not ONE.
The launch is signed together and sent in order: the lock lands at launch. Fees from trades before it confirms (usually a second or two) go to the launcher.
ONE lists a coin only after reading the lock back from the chain.
Ballots & quorum
When a vault reaches 5 SOL, the ONE team opens a ballot from its desk. It runs 72 hours by default; each ballot shows its own length, quorum and weighting.
Holders vote by signing a message: free, nothing leaves the wallet. Your weight is your balance in the snapshot taken when the ballot opens.
Quorum is 10% of the voting weight by default. With quorum and a clear leader, the leader carries.
The six outcomes
Every ballot offers them in the same order (Give to a cause once one is listed). Nobody adds a seventh, and the team can't leave one off.
The team buys the coin with vault SOL and burns it.
Tokens burnedSOL to every wallet in the ballot’s snapshot, pro rata.
Wallets paidPaired with the coin in its pool. The LP stays in the vault.
Pool + LPA direct send to the launcher’s wallet. The only way a dev is paid.
Wallet paidA direct send to a verified cause holders put forward.
Cause namedNothing moves. Fees wait in the vault for the next ballot.
No tx neededStanding directions
The outcome that carries becomes the coin's direction: where its fees go from then on.
Fees keep landing in the vault. The ONE team pays them out under the direction, a receipt every time.
It stands until a later ballot replaces it, or holders call a revote.
Revote
A direction can outlive the trust it was voted on. Holders can take the fees back to a vote, without anyone's permission.
Any holder signs a free request on the coin's page.
Signers hold more than 5% of the voting supply.
Payouts under the direction stop at once.
A new ballot opens automatically. Its result is the new direction.
Receipts
Every payout is a receipt: coin, outcome, ballot, amount, recipient and the transaction.
Carried ballots and each vault's creation are receipts too, so the record has no gaps.
Anything moved from a vault without one is published as spent without a vote: 0.00 SOL so far.

What ONE can and can’t do
- Open and close ballots
- List causes after verifying them
- Claim accrued fees into a vault
- Pay out under a carried direction
- Move SOL without a vote. It's published as spent without a vote: 0.00 SOL so far
- Change a coin's fee split
- Send creator fees anywhere but the vault
- Move SOL without it showing on-chain
- Hide a send: any send without a receipt is published
- Pay a dev without Pay the team
- Pay under a paused direction
- Take a cut of any vault
Costs
Paid from the launcher's wallet when the launch is signed. Network fees for claiming and paying out come from ONE's operations wallet, never from a vault.
FAQ
Can the dev take the fees?
No. The launcher holds no key to the vault and their wallet can't vote. They're paid only if holders carry Pay the team, with a receipt for every payout.
What if the dev, or a cause, stops cooperating?
Call a revote. Once signers pass 5%, payouts under the direction pause and a new ballot opens automatically.
Does a carried outcome pay out once?
No. It stands as the coin's direction: the team pays out under it as fees come in, until a later ballot replaces it.
What if nobody votes?
Under quorum, or on a tie, Keep it locked carries. Nothing moves, and the fees wait for the next ballot.
Does voting cost anything?
No. You sign a message: no transaction, no fee, no token approval. You can change your vote until voting time ends; your last signature counts.
What exactly do I sign?
A short message naming the ballot, your choice and your wallet. It's accepted for ten minutes, and only from a wallet in the snapshot.ONE vote Vote: 4 Option: 17 Wallet: your wallet address Issued: 2026-10-16T06:29:19.000Z
Do tokens bought mid-ballot count?
No. Weight comes from the snapshot taken when the ballot opens. Selling after it takes nothing away either.
Can a revote be spammed?
It needs more than 5% of the voting supply, runs for 7 days, and can't start within 72 hours of a ballot closing, or while one is open.
What if the revote ballot can’t open at once?
Payouts stay paused and the ONE team opens it from its desk. A paused direction is never quietly resumed: only a ballot's result replaces it.
Who holds the vault keys?
ONE's backend. The team signs the vault's sends: payouts under a carried direction, each with a receipt. Anything moved without one is published as spent without a vote: 0.00 SOL so far.
What changes when the coin graduates?
Nothing. Creator fees from the PumpSwap pool go to the same vault under the same lock.
Why isn’t my coin listed yet?
A coin is listed once its fee lock is read back from the chain, usually seconds after the launch confirms.
Terms
ONE is software that launches coins on pump.fun and publishes their vaults and receipts. Coins are made by their launchers; a listing is not an endorsement. Memecoins are speculative and can lose all their value; nothing here is investment advice. Outcomes are decided by holder ballots and paid out by the ONE team as this page describes.
Privacy
No accounts, no trackers. ONE stores what you sign or submit: your wallet, choice and signed message on a vote; your wallet and signed message on a revote request; your wallet and text on a comment; your wallet and the cause's name, address and link when you suggest one; a coin's name, ticker, description, image and links when you launch. Your browser remembers which wallet you connected. Market and chain figures are fetched by the server from DexScreener and a Solana RPC.
